Dr. Madhusudan Rao Kondeti is a medical professional, healthcare management leader, entrepreneur and social-care promoter with over two decades of experience across clinical medicine, healthcare administration, health insurance, claims management and community-oriented healthcare initiatives.
Completed MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad. Began his career as an ICU Medical Officer in corporate hospitals including Healing Touch Children’s Hospital and Yashoda Hospitals, with extensive experience in PICU and NICU care.
Co-founded and served as Managing Director of Sankalpa Super Speciality Hospital, Tirupati. Served as Treasurer of the IMA Tirupati Branch (2019). Established Blooms CDARC in 2021 and Aashraya Charitable Trust to address lifelong care for Autism & special needs, including the proposed Blooms Autism Group Home.

Mrs. Thanuja Kondeti is an accomplished professional with an academic background spanning Agriculture, Finance and Psychology, complemented by extensive experience in human resource management, hospital administration, finance, healthcare operations and entrepreneurship.
B.Sc. Agriculture (S.V. Agricultural College, ANGRAU), MBA in Finance (Pondicherry Central University), and M.Sc. in Psychology (Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University). Holds specialized certifications in Child Behavioural Management, Language Simulation, and Remedial Handwriting Techniques.
Served as General Manager – HR & Accounts at Sankalpa Super Speciality Hospital (building a 200+ employee workforce) and co-founded Xpert Diagnostic Centre, Tirupati. As Co-founder & Trustee of Aashraya Charitable Trust, she leads developmental, behavioural, and life-skills initiatives at Blooms CDARC.
